Oil & Gas Disputes
Because of our extensive experience in oil and gas law, we feel we have a particularly specialized familiarity with the law relating to oil and gas disputes. We are especially familiar with many of the legal issues arising from petroleum and natural gas leases, such as offset obligations, compensatory royalties, termination of petroleum and natural gas leases and otherwise, and we have represented our clients in every level of court in Saskatchewan and Manitoba on such matters.
Civil Court Proceedings
We are also well versed in all matters relating to civil litigation. Both Mr. Elash and Mr. Ludwig are members of the Saskatchewan Trial Lawyers Association. Mr. Elash is a past two-term president of that Association and is also the author of the Second Chapter ("Motions, Applications, Affidavits and Orders") of the Saskatchewan Queen's Bench Practice Manual which is published online by the Law Society of Saskatchewan.
